How do I know if GuruToYou is offering services in my workplace?
Signing up for an account requires a company code. If there are services being offered in your workplace you will find that code in an email introduction from us, or from your HR person. Look for the promo posters around the office that have the code on them as well.
Why doesn't my password work?
Make sure to copy the password out of the confirmation email and into the password field. This is the easiest way to make sure you got it right. After sign in, you can change it to something easier for you to remember.
How do I know that I have been billed for the services that I signed up for?
If you have entered your credit card information and added a class to "My GuruToYou Offerings" you r credit cards will be billed for the service.
What do I do if I need to change an appointment or if I can't make it to a class?
Simply log into your account, remove the class or appointment you need to change and replace it with one that fits your schedule.
